After significant time spent refining the manufacturing process, our new Quattro board 4-layer corrugated cardboard is now available. The laminating process creates a broad and extremely strong medium for corrugated products at a significant cost saving over other commercially available products that involve producing a triple layer corrugated board during the corrugating process.

Much to the delight of or customers, we can offer Quattro board as an option most of our corrugated packaging products including hat bins, pallet boxes and cardboard fruit bins; as well as cardboard cartons.

Quattro 4-layer corrugated board is able to be flexo-graphically printed like any other corrugated cardboard. Stitching and gluing is recommended on seals to take advantage of the great strength available from the material.

Fruit bin production gears up

Our production volume of octagonal fruit bins is on the rise. This means we are able to offer competitve prices on plain and printed octagonal fruit bins and cardboard hat-bins.

The fruit bins are availble ex-stock in a tri-wall material in several standard heights. The seam is glued and stitched for maximum strength.

Ongoing users of fruit bins will benefit from the competitive printing service which affords full coverage to all external surfaces of the bin.

Quad-wall material bins are available for special applications where the the tri-wall is not adequate for the loading and stacking of the bin.

Export Pallet Boxes - made to your requirements

Exporting your valuable goods just became even easier with Specialised Packaging's range of cardboard pallet boxes for export.The cardboard bulk-bins have a range of features that set them apart from other products in the market place:

- We supply our pallet boxes concertina folded. This reduces freight and handling volume. A stack of collapsed 1100 x 1100 export pallet boxes has a footprint of only 1140 x 2300. They can easliy be handled by a standard forklift or pallet jack, and racked in standard Australian standard pallet racking.

- Our standard export pallet boxes are supplied glued and stitched for greater strength. We can supply glued only if that is your requirement.

- We keep a large range of material in stock so we are able to manufacture and supply within 24 hours - made to your requirements. We can add windows, handholds or cardboard inserts or corner supports to increase the stacking strength of a standard pallet box to protect the goods inside.

- We can supply cardboard pallet boxes with standard half flaps, full flaps, HSC with a cardboard cap, or telescoping HSCs for variable height shipments.

- We can supply our pallet boxes with plastic pallets, of timber pallets certified for export.

Here at SPS we are just about to complete another run of the BumBox . This fantastic cardboard marketing tool provides a comfortable seat for patrons at your outdoor event while providing premium advertising space for your spectators.

After several production runs in both brown and white with single colour printing, and some short runs in full colour the design has been again refined for extra comfort and strength. This new cardboard wine bottle mailer is picking up speed.

We've been steadily producing this great little wine bottle mailer since we refined and registered the design several months ago. We usually supply in white or brown cardboard, though other colours are availble on request. We can also print your company or promotion information on it.

Increased demand for our innovative heavy duty cardboard packaging has created the need for more staff. Damien joined the team this month to cut his teeth on corrugated cardboard packaging. Damiens background is in IT and database management.

Damien's a very welcome addition to the team assisting current staff in a number of areas. He will be assisting the sales team while he learns the cardboard packaging trade. Behind the scenes, he'll to upgrade our database and packaging software.
