Profile of the quattro corrugated cardboard
After significant time spent refining the manufacturing process, our new Quattro board 4-layer corrugated cardboard is now available. The laminating process creates a broad and extremely strong medium for corrugated products at a significant cost saving over other commercially available products that involve producing a triple layer corrugated board during the corrugating process.
Much to the delight of or customers, we can offer Quattro board as an option most of our corrugated packaging products including hat bins, pallet boxes and cardboard fruit bins; as well as cardboard cartons.
Quattro 4-layer corrugated board is able to be flexo-graphically printed like any other corrugated cardboard. Stitching and gluing is recommended on seals to take advantage of the great strength available from the material.
