Cardboard export box

 

Export packaging typically combines outer cardboard packaging and a pallet. Various sizes are available for air and sea freight. Cardboard export packaging can be designed for pallet-less handlling to greatly reduce costs. While fumigated timber pallets are still acceptable in many countries, exporters are switching to plastic pallets to ensure smooth and timely arrival of goods at their destination. Export packaging can have internal sleeves for greater protection, and cartons can be supplied to suit the pack size. We have a range of standard export packs available:

    * 1100 x 1100 x 1000 RSC Pallet box
    * 1100 x 1100 x 1000 HSC telescoping pallet box shipper
    * 1200 x 800 x 1000 RSC Pallet box
    * 1200 x 800 x 1000 HSC telescoping pallet box shipper - similar to a tobacco box
    * 1200 x 1000 x 1000 concertina fold with cap

The above pallet boxes are availble with either plastic pallet, or with a treated timber pallet. Similarly, the options include interna sleeve, corner supports, cap, and flaps.
