Specialised Packaging has a long history in heavy corrugated cardboard box packaging. Director Nick Leywood cut his teeth on packaging design working for Visy many years ago. Cardboard box packaging can be used for transporting all kinds of heavy products including automotive parts, farming, military and medical equipment.

Cardboard insert

This returnable cardboard gearbox packaging gives a professional appearance and will prevent damage to the unit during transport. The gearbox is supported by upper and lower braces that allow an air gap right the way around, and is placed inside a heavy-duty carton.

This little cardboard box package allows safe and protective transport of diff hemispheres. The unit is held by thick cardboard pads that locate on the bearing surfaces. This prevents damage to the surfaces. An air gap around the unit allows for it to be transported with the ring gear in place.
